Terms of Use
By using the Alberta Road Test Scheduler (“Online Scheduler”), you understand and agree that:
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any information provided by you in the Online Scheduler is complete
and accurate. Any false, inaccurate or misleading information will be considered a breach of theses Terms of Use.
Additional Terms
The Government of Alberta (“GoA”) may set additional terms and conditions (“Additional Terms”) in relation to your
use of the Online Scheduler by posting Additional Terms on the website used to access the Online Scheduler.
Amendments
The GoA may amend these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your acceptance of the Terms of Use constitutes
your consent to the amended Terms of Use.
Authorized Purposes
You agree to use the Online Scheduler only for the purpose of scheduling or managing a road test from the GoA.
You agree not to use the Online Scheduler for any illegal activities.
Remedies Available to the GoA
If you breach any of these Terms of Use, the GoA, in its sole discretion, may take any steps that it determines are
necessary in its sole discretion, including, but not limited to suspension or termination of your use of the Online Scheduler.
Use of Online Scheduler
Use of the Online Scheduler is limited to to persons who lawfully enter into and form contracts under the laws of Alberta.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if you are under the age of eighteen, you must ensure that your parent or
guardian reads and accepts these Terms of Use on your behalf prior to your use of the Online Scheduler.
Discontinuation of Service
The GoA may discontinue the Online Scheduler at any time without giving you notice.
No Warranties
The Online Scheduler is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
The GoA does not warrant the accuracy or the completeness of the Online Scheduler, or that the Online Scheduler will
function without error, failure or interruption.
Limitation of Liability
No action may be brought by any person against the GoA for any loss or damage of any kind caused by any reason or
purpose including, without limitation, reliance on the functioning of the Online Scheduler.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in Alberta, and you agree
and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Alberta.
Collection of Personal Information
Personal information provided is being collected under section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection
of Privacy Act. It will be used for the purpose of providing products and services you choose to purchase.

Communications
The GoA may send emails to you at the email address you provided about your use of the Online Scheduler, including
communications about your account activity or to provide you with an opportunity to participate in an online survey
related to the Online Scheduler.
Third Party Links
The Online Scheduler may contain links to third party sites. The GoA provides these links only as a service and
convenience, and does not take any responsibility for the content at the third party sites. A link to these
sites does not imply an endorsement or recommendation of the products, services or information found there.
A third party website may have a privacy policy different from that of the GoA, and may provide less security
than the Online Scheduler. The GoA disclaims all liability with regard to your access to linked web sites.
The GoA reserves the right to regularly review and re-evaluate any and all links and reserves the right to terminate
any link without prior notification.
Claims and Disputes
Any claims or disputes as to availability, quality, receipt, price and satisfaction of goods or services or the
amount of a Transaction must be settled directly between the product supplier GoA business area and the cardholder.
